To answer your earlier question about how many people have been Captain America, I dug up the Captain America entry in my Gamer’s Handbook of the Marvel Universe.
CA I: Steve Rogers
CA (Super Patriot): John Walker
CA II: William Nasland
CA III: Jefferey Mace
CA IV: Name Unknown (committed suicide)
And of course Bucky who’s most recently taken on the mantle.
There may have been others since that book is a little out of date, but I’m not aware of who they may have been.
